| The 6th Annual Pigeon Lake Pedal will be held on Saturday, July 3rd starting at Pigeon Lake Provincial Park. Cycle 60km around the lake, 20km to Norris Beach and back, or walk, ride or roll as far as you like then back for the BBQ and prize draw. This year we will be raisng money to buy a CT/PET machine for the Cross Cancer Institute - the cost of this machine is $3.25 million dollars. This new machine will help in providing for the most accurate and earliest detection of cancer. Research using this scanner will also allow doctors to select the best treatment option for an individual patient. For more information or to register go to www.pigeonlakepedal.com |
